If you are inside Canada and need a Co-op Work Permit, come and learn about the process of applying for your co-op work permit. A Co-op Work Permit is needed for a co-op/field placement/internship/practicum component for your academic program. This session will introduce you to Humber Libraries. Learn how to explore the library’s online and physical collection to find books, journals, streaming videos and research databases related to your program. We will also cover library study spaces, booking study rooms, research support, the Idea Lab and more in this informative and interactive virtual workshop.

As you start your school year, planning ahead can be overwhelming, and the topic of money can be emotional. Stay in control by budgeting and understanding what is coming in/out of your account. During this session, you will learn about different resources available to you and gain better control over your money. This will help reduce your stress and prevent you from going into unnecessary debt.

It’s also important to understand the benefits of “good credit”, and the risks of “bad credit.” During this session, we will discuss what you should know about credit, what a credit score is, and how to build good credit.
