A group of IGS students were invited by the Empire Club of Canada to attend in person at the Arcadian Court on Bay Street to listen to Minister Fraser's speech addressing Canada's Labour shortages. The honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship of Canada , spoke to business leaders, NGOs and civil society organizations about how Canada's immigration measures will help employers across a wide range of sectors and industries to address labour shortages.
