Humber IGS has a limited number of residence spots available at Parkside for the 2024/25 academic year. Space is limited and students can apply up to May 31st, 2024
Student Homestay Options
Students looking for a welcoming place to live and wanting to add an enriching element to their Canadian experience can consider a homestay option. Homestay providers coordinate accommodations with a host family, which helps ease the transition into life in a new country.
Living downtown can be more expensive but there are more part-time work opportunities and with easy access to the subway students may opt to live in one of Toronto’s eclectic neighbourhoods.
Humber does not recommend any particular homestay provider and is unable to review the host families and their homes. Students should do their own evaluation of each homestay provider.
