Secure Your Spot

  1. As soon as you have your Acceptance Package, you should contact the nearest Canadian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate to request the application for your Study Permit and Temporary Resident Visa (if necessary). For more information visit www.cic.gc.ca.
  2. Your acceptance package will include a Confirmation Letter indicating a date by which you must confirm your spot in the program. If you do not confirm your place in the program before the deadline date, your place may be given to another applicant.
  3. The Acceptance Letter will also indicate a deadline date for payment of fees. If you fail to pay your fees by that date, you may lose your spot in the program and a late fee payment will be added.

Paying your Tuition

Fees can be paid per semester, however Canadian Immigration or your Consulate/Embassy may require that you pay an entire year's tuition before leaving your country. If you plan to pay by the semester, please contact Humber to make arrangements (you will be charged a $40 CAD split fee payment).

Methods of accepted payment include: VISA, MasterCard, money order, bank draft, wire payment, or cash/debit (in person). Bank drafts and wire should be paid in Canadian funds.  Fees may be paid in U.S. funds but any discrepancies with conversion to Canadian funds are your responsibility. Please allow up to 5 days for wire payments to be processed.  Students will receive a receipt within 21 days.  Student number, full name, and payment purpose (i.e. tuition, residence) MUST be included with all correspondence.
